cause I can sit and catch up with a few things while the kids watch a dvd. So after first reading everyones blog and man its amazing how far time passes by.
Ok so nothing new other than working hard and trying to keep it real with the kids and DH. To be honest it hasnt been to bad and looking forward to summer even though its a few months away, but figured if I'm enjoying the whanau now and its raining well how much more fun will the sun bring.
Scrapbooking, i think about it everyday... I think about all the product I brought at camp and hows its staring longingly at me each day to use it, but I havent. And then theres the sewing machine that I brought about 9 months ago.... I just pulled it out of the box and I'm looking at that longlingly too.... but for now thats how this relationship exist ... a feeling of one day....... bad I know but fingers crossed.
Lifesaving at the moment is having a housecleaner. Cant tell you how much "that" makes a difference in my my life!! 6 hours a week I get, 2hrs Monday and one hour a day each other day and I'm thinking I want more. The lady I have absoultely rocks!!! And even better she only charges 12.50an hr and does a stunning job, my house looks how I dream it should look on arriving home. She does the polsihing (i have never done that) she does the moping like every day (ok so its like a 3x a week kinda thing), does the washing, preps the rooms, get the meals started, and on a monthly basis the oven, pantry cupboard and window and wall edges and said she can do the gardens and mow the lawns... all for 12.50 an hr so if you live in te puke this lady as I previosuly mentions rocks!!! and OMG where has she been all my life... ok so that all sounds a little ridculous but I have decided I deserve it!!!! Its kinda like the full time hubby who comes home after a hard days work sits onthe couch with his beer, turns the tv on even though your watching something else, pats the kids on the heads and scratches things all in the name of relaxing and having had a hard days work (and yes I still know men like this!!) me relaxing is having a clean home, cuddling the kids, reading, talking with my kids, scrapbooking and going over my work notes....... as opposed to me getting home, yelling at my children to hurry up and unpack there bags while I'm fiishing off the dishes , make there lunches for the next day while I peel spuds , grab there sports gears while I'll vaccuming and come 10pm am knacked.... so love love love having that support at home!!!
I am now working up to 60-70 hours a week and hubby 40, we have 4 active children with sports on Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursday, Saturdays and Sundays and then theres the other actvities they take like hip hop and kapa haka so come summer that will double but at least we can have bbq and hang outside!!
ok t
hats it off to catch up with all my fav s
